Members of FBI Sacramento CAAA shall be graduate members and such other members as may be established by the Board of Directors.  Graduate members are those persons who have graduated from the FBI Sacramento Citizens' Academy.  Potential candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be a recognized business or community leader;
• Live and/or work within the boundary lines of the Sacramento FBI field office;
• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Have no prior felony or serious misdemeanor conviction;
• Have no misdemeanor or felony arrest within six (6) months of nomination;
• Consent to a background investigation sufficient to afford a security clearance; and
• Sign a non-disclosure of information agreement.

Annual dues shall be payable as determined by the Board of Directors.  A member in "good standing" is defined as a member who has paid their annual dues and continues to meet the qualifications listed above.
